Does Customer Service Need More Kudos?

Due to unforeseen medical issues, we must return to Tucson after the ECOA hoorah in Branson and before our appointment at the factory. When I asked Joyce if we could leave the rig at the factory while we flew home, she said of course. No surprise there, but a few days later, we received a get well card from Joyce and signed by many of her colleagues. That was really appreciated and once again above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks Joyce and Entegra.

Happened to mention wife's neck surgery to CS agent last October. A few days later-same thing-received a nice get well card signed by the whole CS gang.

Joyce knew Rick's parents had been ill. She kept checking on their status, and when we lost his mother in January, we received a beautiful sympathy card signed by all of the crew. They really do show that they care - and become family for us all!

Yep, similar experience. While we were in Middlebury getting warranty work my wife mentioned to Joyce we had just had our first grand baby. Couple days after we got home to Texas a congratulations card shows up in the mail.

I figure as many cards as Joyce uses she must be a stocking dealer for Hallmark 😉
