Door will not stay open

We noticed the last time we were in the coach (2014 Aspire) that the door will not stay open. Like when you want the door to be open and just the screen is closed. I can see what looks like a round cutout in the top piece of the metal strap that keeps the door from opening too far. The lower strap has a round piece on it that goes into the round cutout in the upper strap and I assume the fit should be tight enough to hold the door. Anyone have an idea what the fix is?

After searching Google I found this. I can't believe you have to change the whole assembly out.

Doug, look at the back side of that opening on the bar. There is a tab, just bend it back with a hammer. Eventually they tab will break over years, they are replaceable online in the $20 range, not $65 that Entegra wants.

I had the same problem. An 8" black zip tie around the roller, fixed. It's been over a year ,same zip tie.

Me too on the zip tie. Replaced it once so far. I want to put a hammer to it, just have not done it.

Please explain "roller." Or, better yet, if you can, post a picture. Mine failed under warranty but is sure to fail again.
