I found it was just the head of the screws on the bottom edge of the slide that was touching the door. The heads of all the screws are all proud of the bottom surface of the slide. That is because the operator at Entegra drove the screws in at an angle so the head of the screw does not mate flat to the surface of the slide. The edge of the screw head sitting at an angle was enough to tag the doors and take a chunk of paint out.

We noticed this on the '17s we looked at last weekend as well.

Your welcome. Old house remodeling trick. Lots of door latch screw holes are wallered out especially if it's had a lot of tenants that don't care Cabinet doors that the kids have swung on and tore the screws out as well.
