Engine Compartment Light Stays On
Engine compartment has a real nice bright LED light that comes in handy but the problem is that it seems to stay on 24/7.
I thought maybe it just came on when I opened the door so I stood there for 5-6 minutes and it stayed on.
Came in the storage shed after leaving it overnight and it was also still on.
This doesn't seem right to me. Bulb will burn out soon.
Any suggestions on where an 'auto' switch would be or what I need to do?

On a different issue, did you ever get your inverter problem fixed? If so, what did you find?

No, not yet. Now Entegra wants to ship me a new transfer switch and for me to find someone to put it in. That's where we're at.

Doesn't it go on with the cargo lights?

When the coach is in storage, as it currently is, the steps stay extended and the light underneath the steps stays illuminated.
That is the only light(s) that I have on except the engine compt. light is staying on.
Don't know about the cargo lights, I may need to go check and see if I have any other switches on, but I have done that previously.

Take a look at the light fixture itself.
In our case, the engine compartment light is wired to 12V with no switch other than the one on the fixture. Ours is not connected to the Cargo Light switch.
On ours there is a sliding switch for On/Off.
I don’t know if the ‘20 coaches are the same, but worth a look.

That was it! I never turned the light on so I 'assumed' it was coming from a switch up in front of the coach
But, you're right, it's just a switch on the fixture itself. No telling how many hours that bulb has been burning.
Well, yes, I can tell you, 24 hours a day since May 25
Thank you very much for the heads up!
