Entegra app
I removed the entegra app to get updates and reload the app where can I find it I didn't see iy on the entegra site

I tried entering my vin number it said its not correct but im sure it was right is it case sensitive or something im missing.. have fun everyone.

call entegra cs and tell them the app is not working,,,they will put to through to the mktg dept. They are having a problem with the Vins not uploading properly.

When you try to open the manuals, it wants you to sign in however when you enter your vin number it says you need to enter a different vin number.

I just logged in successfully using my iPad. Able to access manuals etc.

dave I think its a ipad or iphone app I could be wrong, only thing I can think is I have not got home to get my owners packet and then maybe im supposed to do some thing to register the vin Im not sure

I think this has been mentioned several times in different threads. You fill out warrantee paperwork with the dealer you bought from. The dealer must forward the paperwork to Entegra...otherwise Joyce doesn't know the coach has been sold. That process should take no more than two weeks. As you've had your coach a month, I suggest CALL JOYCE. She'll fix it for you if your VIN hasn't been sent in, our they have the wrong VIN attached to your name. One way or the other, the fix most likely lies with a call to Joyce.

You get the Entegra app on iTunes. If you can log in call Lesley at Entegra and make sure your vin number is still in the system

I have been on the road since new in October maybe the owners packet in my mail at home has some thing to do with it, I simply don't know
