In talking with PJ this AM, they should be using this form with your delivery process. When you sign it, they then send the form to Entegra where it becomes a part of the initial package associated with your warrantee. Make sure your dealer uses it, and you get what you need in terms of understanding the systems ID'd on the checklist. At least, that's my perspective and IMO.
