I look forward to hearing how your delivery goes. Any other add ons? TPMS/Hitch/etc?

Should be a fun New Year's eve for you!

Carey - what will you be towing and will it be on a trailer, dolly or 4 down?

Ok , everyone will have their own opinion but I like the Blue Ox baseplates on the tow with an Aventa LX tow bar. For supplemental brake system, I prefer the SMI Air Force One. I would shop around for these as I suspect you'll be able to beat dealer pricing.

Well...not much experience, but I just had Roadmaster base plates, Blackhawk II tow bar, The large road guard (they threw it in as part of the package deal), and the Invisibrake. No matter which way you go, make sure your car works "four down"...and regardless of what some say, your insurance is probably going to expect some type of braking assist system.

Tell you in about two weeks how well it works pulling an F-150 w/ Harley riding in back.

Picked up my Anthem 44DLQ in Orlando on Sept. 5th (first motorcoach ever) put my 2007 GMC 2500 4wd behind it with BlueOx tow bar and Air Force brakes. Put 6400 miles on it before getting back to Texas. Towed like a dream. Had to "Lock them up" once (don't you love these folks that go around you and then get on their brakes right in front of 46,000 lbs. and towed vehicle to boot). Coach stopped quickly and the towed helped with the brakes. Only thing I want to add is a TPMS as soon as funds allow.

Blessings and Merry Christmas

We use, and are very happy with Pressure Pro and a repeater in the rear closet w/12v wired to the light fixture. Sensors are changed to whatever we tow. Great piece of mind, no more watching for smoke!

Now that there is an Anthem at the end of this move, and I retired Friday....could someone pls help me pack what I need, throw away what I don't, store what I should...and by the grace of God, choose the right one for each category so I have just the right things in Orlando 10 days from now.

Now that all you full timers are I'll take any suggestions

Buy a lot of containers that will stack for the basement and most of all don't forget the Harley!

You might as well head down to http://www.pelicanlakemotorcoachresort.com/till the weather warms up.
