Entegra harassing customers?
Interesting that no one else has reported being called on here but not a rumor, I did get the call and was told they were calling for Entegra. Maybe trying to avoid forum members? I got called by accident, the lady asked for my neighbor who also owns a Cornerstone from NZiRVC but does not post on here. I told he lives a block away and we both have Cornerstones from NIRVC. She then got interested and started asking the questions. Said she would get the neighbors correct phone number from Entegra. Very interesting, JMHO

I said it before and remind you all again, be very cautious about what you post on social media, particularly where a high stakes law suit is involved. Anything you say could be used in a court of law. We, the customers, do not have anything to win in this litigation. No matter what the outcome is, I expect the customers will be the losers.

This is true. I once posted about stopping an awning from unfurling in the wind and got a call from an attorney in a wrongful death suit to do a deposition for his case. But he identified himself and the firm first.

Area code 940--Austin, Texas. BUT, I got a call from Entegra this morning and was told the lady is an employee of Entegra , NOT customer service, and was working on the lawsuit. I was also assured that they would never give out our information to a third party.

I could be wrong but I think your vehicle registration is public record if somebody chooses to mine the records for a particular detail like make and model. That has gotten a lot easier as the records were converted to computer files.

On Entegra's website under the tab "Experience Entegra Coach" is another tab "Owners Center". Under this tab are many addresses and phone numbers of Entegra Coach Owners so this info is not that hard to find.

Glad you liked it! But the moral of the story is it is best to keep ones nose out of arguments to which they are not a Party. If not, it can come back to haunt you.
Ask yourself this question, “What do I stand to gain by taking sides between a dealer (issue is not if it is a good dealer or not) and the manufacturer of a product you paid $400-$700K? “. There are a lots of dealers and not so many manufacturers. The consumer is going to lose either way!
