Entegra (Lack of Customer) Service
I have filled out the online form about three times to get someone to get back to me and so far (about a month) no contact.
Is it just me or have others had trouble?

Never tried Entegra but it seems to be a nationwide epidemic. I have a "profound" hearing loss so I prefer email. Most of the time I never do get an answer or it's too late to be of any help.

JMHO, Entegra has never been very "on line" effective, whether it be questions or marketing, or anything else. If you want a response, recommend using the telephone.

Second the telephone, the CS guys stay snowed under and do not have time to respond to email. If you really need email send it to Joyce Skinner : joyce_skinner@jayco.com
She is the director of customer and WILL answer your email.

Have never tried using email to contact customer service, but every time I have called them, someone answered the phone.... now, they likely don’t have an answer to my question, but we talked and they usually got back to me with an answer. My advice is forget email, and pick up the phone.

I email 90 % of the time, I can not remember anything verbally. I need it replied via email. Entegra is great via email , What are your concerns via email.

I haven't used the online website form, but I do email customer service for non time critical support questions.
I use the: Service@entegracoach.com email address.
They have always email me back within 24 hours.

I just sent an email to that address explaining the problems I'm having with my jacks and power vents. I'll report back when/if I get a reply.

I used the on line contact email twice in the last 2 weeks. Each time I received a response from Joyce w/i a day or two.

I normally receive a quick reply by either email or phone. By quick, it can be from within a couple hours to the next day.

The last time I sent a routine warranty email to service@entegra.com and CC’d Joyce out of habit, she emailed me within a couple of hours.
While this may seem ordinary to most, what I found remarkable was the email exchange was on a Sunday afternoon.
Joyce really is remarkable.

I can understand the OP's frustration. Last fall one of the "new" CS reps was going to find the part number of what I needed and email it to me. It's almost Spring and I haven't received it.
I called NIRVA he looked up the part number and had it dropped shipped from the vendor in 4 days. It's installed and I still haven't received Entegra's email Not the best way to go. JMO.

I have had great response to emails in my almost 5 years of Entegra ownership. Haven’t had much luck with a promise to call me back other than from Joyce, if she says she will call you back you can be confident that she will.
