I saw in a video (not sure which one) that you used a special towel to take bugs off....what was that?

I'm not Glenn, but the best thing you'll ever use to take bugs off your windshield or chrome is sos pads. So easy you won't believe it and you'll never use anything else again. Noel

Dont mean to steal Glenn's thunder on this one, but he visited me a week ago or so and he washed his coach while here, and I used his cloth on the Diamond Shield and it was amazing at removing bugs. So, I ordered my own version of this cloth. They are darn expensive, but if they remove bugs as easily and quickly as they did on Glenn's coach (maybe he owns 100% of the company and the bugs were special "fake" bugs, I dont know) ) but here is what they are... available through Amazon. I havent been on the road yet to try my own cloth but my fingers are crossed that it works half as well on mine as it did on Glenn's bugs

Amazon.com: Norwex Kitchen Scrub Cloth: Home & Kitchen

The blue towel is this one Norwex USA. Glenn listed everything over on his web site. I think it is the product links dropdown.

And I should add that Sos pads are great for glass but Glenn's cloth works on painter surfaces and as mentioned, diamondcote. SOS pads probably not a good idea on the finish

Oh, and the one that I bought from Amazon was about $16.00, not $50.00. Have no idea who thinks they are going to sell any of those for $50. Maybe it was three of four of them. There was a note that there were only 3 or 4 left when I ordered mine, so if those sold out, wait a bit and I think they will reappear for a good deal less.

I'm the one who showed Glenn the Norwex cloth at Springfest. It really does work great, there are also e-cloths you can get on Amazon that work for just about everything. The wife uses them and loves them.

Do you know if the cup LEDs can be dimmed?

Hence the reason for me saying windshield and chrome. Noel

For those that may have missed it, I found mine on ebay for $12.95 including shipping. Norwex Kitchen Scrub Cloth Microfiber Blue New | eBay

Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Checked this morning and prices are going up, probably becasue of the number of purchases.

I just viewed Glenn's video for the second time. I'm wondering if you get the same level of factory support at events some distance from the factory? We plan on going to Big Sky and it seems unlikely that Entegra will have enough techs on site to offer everyone "3" fixes. Does anyone know for sure? It would be nice if they did but I don't expect it.
