Thanks for the comments gang. I use Facebook and Entegra is one of my contacts or whatever they are called, maybe I just need to monitor their posts more closely. Contact information, they have it also... I think I best continue to use this forum to stay updated on Entegra things and stop feeling like an unwanted step-child about it, it is what it is. As long as they remember me when it comes to warranty work, I'll be happy. See you at the Hearthside in August...

I got a call within two weeks of delivery of my new motorhome. In addition, I have found Entegra communication to be, by far, the best in the industry. They seek out owners, comments, input and actively and diligently work to resolve any and all problems. Joyce even called and sent a card when she found about about my heart attack and open heart surgery. Count me among those who thing they are the most customer oriented and caring company in the industry.

Yes Dave, I agree, it was a wonderful evening. Also Leigh and I really enjoyed getting to know you and Beth. We have been to 2 dinners now and have enjoyed meeting and comisserating with other owners. It's nice that Entegra goes to the effort of putting these dinners together.
