Entegra Tampa Ownership Appreciation Dinner

What a great time. Got to meet some of the people we'ver interacted with on this forum. Got to meet and talk with some of the senior ownership folks and customer service people.

The food was great; the entertainment well received...I'll return to the Columbian restaurant next time in Tampa (an 8th generation establishment)

Most important to me, I got to look these people in the eye and listen to them talk. I've spent the better part of 40 years in leadership and management roles assessing people and their strengths and capabilities. When I look these folks in the eye, I connect with them and that means trust.

Makes me even stronger in my belief that I made the right decision with Entegra

I don't understand why it is, since May when we ordered our Cornerstone and November since we took delivery, we have yet to get invited by Entegra to anything. I don't think they like me and I'm beginning to wonder... What does one have to do to be included by those folks or am I just destine to be an outcast?

Along with other prior experiences with Entegra during this process, I'm getting more and more stronger in my belief that I may of made the wrong decision in going with Entegra. I hope I am wrong...

Ron,

If you visit Entegra's Facebook page and look under the "Unappreciative Customers" tab, your name is the first on the list... What did you do to Entegra???

Ron,

I AM KIDDING OF COURSE!!!

I've noticed Entegra announces most, if not all, of their upcoming events on their Facebook page. If you utilize Facebook you could "like" the Entegra Facebook page as an alternative way to stay in touch w/ them and other Entegra owners. In many cases you can RSVP for events w/ Ashley via that page.

As Tom suggested, you may also want to call them to make sure they have your correct info. Like yourself, I appreciate the Entegra family/owners and look forward to meeting as many as possible.

If they rely primarily on Facebook for their company communication I would say this is a major corporate weakness.

Until tonight, I've not been to Entegra's Facebook page. I can assure you that this is not the only way Entegra communicates with customers. If it was, then I wouldn't have received an invite to their dinner. .

Papaw,

It would certainly be cause for concern if a company only used social media to communicate. I merely stated they announce events on Facebook in the event Ron uses Facebook. Never meant to imply it was their only means of communication.

You have an interesting perspective on those who use social media.

It took them 5 months to get the word from the dealer that I was a new Entegra owner. Since then everything is great.

Don't know the process, but I received a call from Joyce (senior customer service rep) two and a half weeks after delivery).
