Fabric protection

I have not seen this mentioned. What is the general consensus for maintaining the fabric on the big awning and the entry door awning as well as the flip out awnings over the windows?

I usually gently wipe over them with the soapy wash mitt and rinse for cleaning. Really have done nothing to the big awning.

Is it worthwhile to apply the 303 fabric protector? I did the window awnings once with the 303 fabric protector and don't really see anything good or bad as a result.

Is the 303 fabric protector a waste of money and time or is there another product that should be used that I have not picked up on.

Rinse w clear water to keep them clean
Soap will reduce wayer repellancy...303 Fabric Guard will restore water repellancy.
303 aerospace prorectant is for vinyl & rubber...not for fabric...both great products meant for different applications.
I posted Sunbrella care info in files section and other posts.
303 fabric guard best when applied in hot wx in full sun...2 light coats better than 1 heavier

Understand. I was talking about the 303 fabric protection specifically, not the 303 that goes on the tires.
