Factory Punch List Visit

First chance to sit back and review last week's work.

As usual, the CS folks excel. I arrived with a few more items than I had identified six weeks earlier. They are so busy, the service folks were very concerned as to whether they would be able to get all the original done plus the new stuff. For the most part they did, and did so all well. We left the coach and so we didn't monitor daily progress. With respect to punch list MAKE SURE you give the CS folks as complete a list as you can before you arrive. That way they can plan to exceed your expectations while you help them succeed.

We have some tile and grout issues that simply could be taken care of during the four days (holiday week) our coach was there. We also had, on departure day, the spindle on our bedroom slide break (no slide movement in or out). The Service folks interrupted their schedule (at least five new coaches in on Monday) and fixed the problem. The only other problem was our driver slide long slide motor broke one day out of Middlebury. The CS folks responded super. Road service got me able to limp to next site...then I switched out the old for a new motor. I can assure you this is no short of a miracle...given my tech capabilities.

Overall, another great show by Entegra CS...and Joyce is a superwoman.
