Although a tad down the food chain from Hampton, Red Roof Inn in Elkhart does allow dogs.

Hampton was very nice and new. Finally someone was inspired enough to put the headboard against the bathroom wall and the foot toward the heating/cooling until so both individuals are comfortable and there is no fighting about which side one sleeps on and wether or not that is the "correct" side. We ate at a surprisingly good Mexican restaurant (I believe Margaritas) and even though there was heavy snow & cold found an old time ice cream shop called Vic's! (There is another ice cream shop in Goshen rated one of the top 10 in Indiana I think Chiefs, which I plan on checking out next time).
Also for sewers/quilters this area is fabric heaven!

Check hotels in the area - Elkhart, or even South Bend. Stew noted above Red Roof Inn in Elkhart. I don't know what is available going east. You only need to be on hand at 6:00 - 6:30 Monday morning, since that is the day the service techs get their assignments and the paperwork with whatever items you have provided before arrival. You need to meet that person, go over the list and explain as needed, and add to the list anything else. If you are not there in the afternoon they bring the coach back to the holding lot if you want, plug it into 50 amp and lock up. (Assumes you have 2 sets of keys). In our case we knew we would not spend nights in coach, so left a set of keys with the tech and let him keep it in the shop for the evening. The full PDI should take all week through Friday afternoon, and you leave a phone number if they need you. So even if you are in South Bend you don't have to get back every afternoon. If you need something from coach, just go to CS during the work day and they can take you to the shop to retrieve whatever.
