The 44dlq Anthem is just like the cs 45j as far as layout. I have owned both bath and 1/2 and single bath. I would not give up the room for the 1/2 bath. Our 44dlq with the bath in the middle has a double sink and a large shower. Like someone said only you can decide, but in my opinion the half bath is a Hugh waste of space. Noel

We have an Aspire 44U and want to comment on the bath and 1/2. We love it! The dual sinks, room to dry off, the washer/dryer in the bathroom not in the bedroom, the TV in the bedroom swings out so my wife can put on her makeup and watch Good Morning America and the list goes on.
When my adult children or sister visit, after a shower, they stay in the living area and when they stay up late they use the 1/2 bath if needed and we don't even hear them.
While the bath and 1/2 model takes up a little living space, I can't imagine having to close off half the coach when someone wants privacy using the sinks, applying makeup, shaving, walking out of the shower and getting dressed etc.
Concerning the washer and dryer next to the master bath toilet...... Make sure the toilet lid is closed when putting in or taking out clothes. When you remember that, just think of the toilet (with the lid closed) as a small convenient table to place the clothes hamper.
Just wanted to give you our perspective. Good luck.

Well - no one has commented on the SL (Anthem only). We really didn't want to give up the living space for 1 1/2 baths, but that's just us. But as someone else noted it's nnice not to have to fight for counter space (In my case, I like to leave my stuff ready for the next day - Dw wants everything put away.)
SO - we went with the SL. It has worked our fine for us.
As an aside - 2 dealers were asked why they don't show the SL on their lot. Both replied they can't keep them. They're sold before they arrive.
Several folks who've looked at our coach said they didn't know hat the SL existed. See previous paragraph.
As others have said - that's why there is chocolate and vanilla ice cream.
We each need to figure out what works for us. My perfect answer isn't likely to work for you!

X2, we love the bathroom space on our 44SL. The wifey has her vanity and I have mine. Totally separate, we dont even share a countertop. We wouldn't want it any other way.

My 44B works fine also. DW gets the Game of Thrones size bathroom in the back and she says I can use the exterior hose and shower whenever I want. The middle bath is evidently for guests.

Somewhat my situation as well hog driver. Creeks were also mentioned.. Fine by me.. Have not opened the "any thoughts on where you plan to sleep all these guests" can of worms... I'll let that one lay.. That could just force me away form Entegra and that ain't happening atm..😂

Easy solution to guests.....find the nearest RV park to the motel where they will be staying.

In 12 years of Rving we have had guests sleep in our coach 3 or 4 nights total. Not going to pick a floorplan based on that.

My wife... Just like a fine red wine... Has to be "gently" forced to breath a bit before diving in. This is nothing new to me.. I like to think ive gotten good at the game.. Same way i fooled myself into thinking i actually had control early into marriage. Wouldn't change a thing👍
