This coach has been very well maintained. But has been nothing but problems from day one. My parents owned a 2011 aspire and it had structural issues behind the drivers area as well. I am making a list of every problem I have had and will see what can be done. It has been at the dealer more than I have had it. It will absolutely be the last one I own. I'm on the lookout for a prevost of some sort now.

If your dealer is anything like mine, that was my first mistake. We listed everything and took it back to the factroy for proper and timely repairs. Entegra can fix in a day what most dealers can't do in a month.

I had several micro fractures in the fiberglass, and Entegra covered the repairs. I found two before PDI, and three more after I got up close to the surfaces while I was waxing the coach. No problem. I was told they were manufacturing stress issues. I'm happy, and Entegra worked with us to make sure all is well.

Still waiting on Entegra to get back with me. Was told they would have some answers yesterday. When I talked to them the first thing they said was well your warranty ran out late January. We will see how they handle this.

Call and talk to Joyce. She is out of town until Monday, but she is the person to speak with in a matter like yours.

You might point out it's unlikely the crack happened just the day before you called....
