Had the same issue on ours. It was the motherboard, Entegra sent a new fireplace. It unscrews and slides in, the plug for it comes through a hole in the far right side of your audio area. It just plugs into a receptacle.

Mike, have you looked in the cabinet right above the fireplace. I also have the A floorplan and it would surprise me if Entegra would plug the FP in an outlet that was not accessible without the removal of the fireplace and my bet is that it plugs in up there behind the audio equipment.

I did not say to remove the unit to view the plug. The unit does not have to be removed to view the plug. It is plugged into a receptacle in the audio area.

I agree with you, but Mike indicated that he was heading out to get a putty knife to pull the trim off and take out the FP. Since he has the A floorplan and it is a little different I just wanted to point out that the plug probably comes up through the top and not the side like the B's. I think both of us are telling him to make sure he has power at this outlet before he pulls the trim as it is possible that the circuit breaker even though he reset it is open.

Yes, I bought from NIRVC in Atlanta. I will try in the morning to see if I can verify power in the entertainment cabinet. It’s a nightmare with everything seriously velcroed together, no free space, and I’m afraid of wires becoming disconnected as I try to remove items.

If that has the desk I think that was our old mh. If it is we never had the fireplace out.

Mine died suddenly on my brand new 2017 anthem. It turned out that the plug worked itself loose from the receptacle which was located in the basement directly underneath where the fireplace sits. I spent hours trying to find the power source until it was finally located in a not very obvious place. At least it was an easy fix.
