His first recommendation was run a new ground to the master - lug right behind the switch. I'd rather try and figure out what happened to the original first.
Will probably get on it tomorrow. Thanks for taking the time to help me with this.

Mark,
I too would want to find out what happened to the original ground. On that ground bus there about 10 grounds on mine, if 1 is loose there may be more. To get a screw driver in there to tighten the grounds the instrument cluster would be much simpler and give much more room to work.

Will do Don. For years I've made it a habit of checking all wire lugs in my home and Rv breaker panel. I have a feeling I'll be adding many more to check.

Mark,
Here is another ground bus bar to check. It is located in the 1/2 bath medicine cabinet behind the upper wood panel. This one grounds about 20 lines.

Sometimes the new designs aren't as good as the old classic design. The mechanical T handle works for me.

The new setup is an improvement. They had a problem with the T handles breaking and falling off. Mine broke on two different coaches. JMHO

Gennie slide wont open!
Gennie slide tray is now working. Turns out it was a loose chassis ground.
I would highly recommend other pull the leveling control panel and verify your ground wires are properly tightened. Takes about 10 minutes including time to shag tools.
Once the panel is out of your way look in and forward at the 5 oclock position. You should see what looks like a threaded bolt sticking out of the firewall.
I was quite surprised at what I found. I could see 4 lugs; #1 was empty, #2 had about 4 wires including the gen tray slide. The nut holding wires on it was nearly off. #3 had 3 good size wiring harnesses, total of about 15 wires. Again nut was nearly falling off leaving all wires loose to slide up and down the lug. #4 had 3 wires on it and they were properly tightened.
The white wire is the ground coming from slide tray switch!

Mark,
Good catch. Lucky you did not take the advice of just running a new ground. Seems to me like some of the things on the assembly line are being rushed too much.

Wonder how they could miss tightening these grounds properly with the importance of proper grounding. Could led to a lot a problems.

Absolutely, I've sent a short narrative of findings with pictures to EC. Perhaps they will share with production/quality.

Adding a little Loctite Blue or Red to the threads should prevent the nut from backing out in the future from road vibration, etc.
