Girard awnings not aligned. Adjustment possible?

My Girard awnings to not align properly. The front awning slopes down ending about 6” lower in the rear than the front of the rear awning. I will try to post a pic.
Logic tells me the center support bar should be near the center of the awning. It is not. It’s about 1/3 of the way towards the rear. Anyone else have this issue?

Yes, the adjustments to square up the awnings can be made. Ours was done by Girard at Homecoming last year. Others may have the the directions, but I suggest you call Girard, 800-382-8442.

We have the EXACT issue with our ‘14 Anthem. I have planned to open the awnings tomorrow and look for an adjustment point. If no success I’m going to call Girard and make an appointment for an adjustment while we are in Southern California in October.

I had the same issue... I adjusted the awning and it was perfect ! A few days later it was not aligned again... I adjusted it again as far as stops would allow and it was still not right. I found the support bracket broken. Entegra repaired it at my AIR.

Be sure to get on roof and verify awning brackets are secured to the roof. The bolts have been know to pull out of roof resulting in awning assy sag.

Not sure there is a long term alignment fix. Had the same problem for the past two years! Had it adjusted by Girrard authorized service center, EC at PDI, and again by Girard Tech at EC and they are about 6” difference in middle!

The rear support on our front awning has pulled out of the roof. This has not only left the awning hanging at the rear corner similar to OP but has left a gap in the sealant that would allow water intrusion. I have sealed temporarily until permanent repairs can be made.
Spoke to two other owners at homecoming with similar problem. Our repair is scheduled for mid August in Middlebury, seems there is a back log for this repair.
