Just wanted to know how I was doing and if I was having any problems / concerns.

I had three since Feb 2015. And I used to get them 3 to 4x a year on our 2011 Aspire.

Got the same call approximately 3 weeks ago, from Kelly. I asked her the purpose of the call, she said she was calling EVERY Entegra owner to inquire as to the overall ownership experience.. I'm IMPRESSED...I had a question regarding an issue, she didn't have the answer but promised to get back within the day. I received an email later that afternoon answering my question. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE... But you already know that..

Got my call about three or four weeks ago, truly impressed. Decided to ask about the the Samsung microwave issue I was having with having to turn the main breaker off and back on from time to time in order to get it to work. She transferred me to a tech who shipped me a new model microwave which I replaced this past weekend. GREAT Company, OUTSTANDING service.

I received a call too. Its pretty cool to get a call so far after the sale. Very impressed with the customer service.

We got one also a couple of weeks ago. The gal admitted being with the company a couple of weeks. Knew nothing even though she asked if I had questions. Oh well.

I received a call from Kelly also. Just checking with us to be sure we are happy with the coach. Great PR and makes me respect their operation. It isn't very costly and makes the owner feel good that the company is thinking of them. Great gesture!

After hearing many of these stories, I don't think it just great PR...they (Entegra Coach/Jayco/Bontrager Family Promise) WANT you to have a great RV experience and a seamless transition to their brand...even if it's your first rig! Not only is it good for you, it's good for them...

Customer service call
We also got a call about 2 weeks ago. Of all the things I have purchased in my life this is the first time a CS rep. Has called 10 months after my purchase. Wether it is show or real you have to feel good that someone is at least looking at their customer list.

We were called as well, reinforces what you've been hearing all along. CS is a lost art in today's world, I hope they continue to give this kind of service long into the future.
