We are somewhat comparing apples to oranges. The older ANTHEM and the 2017 ASPIRE. Even tho the 2017 Aspire has added features there are still more in the 2015 & 2016 Anthems than the new Aspire and the price points are close. It isnt a floor tile that is our issue, it is the fact that the quality of installation is not there in the 2017 (both aspire & anthem ) models. It was way too obvious that spacers weren't used and the tiles were not leveled with each other. I know "chrome won't get you home" but it sure looks nice going down the road! Just IMOP!

Particularly this weekend, we realize that everyone is entitled to his or her opinion and I am not here to interject mine. I did however want to add something about Entegras floor tile. In the early years, Entegra had some issues with laying tile floors that were consistently level and square. So in 2015(?) they went to a tile laying system that virtually eliminates the possibility of not laying a perfect floor. Now if you go to the plant at one stage of the building process all the coaches will look like this...

We have laid lots of tile in our house and used the spacers that you showed. It was VERY obvious in the coaches we saw that this step was not done. Spaces ranged from almost nothing to almost 3/4 of an inch.

I believe there are a few of us that would like to see the coaches that your talking about. Can you tell us where you saw these coaches with terrible spacing?

Wish we had taken pictures when we were there. The dealer is contacting Entegra. The units just came in to the dealer so our assumption is they just came off the factory floor. Wondering if anyone else has checked the floors of the newest aspires or anthems. Dealer is on the east coast and since this is not a dealer issue we will leave it at that. Hopefully someone will check some 2017 coaches to see if this is just an anomaly.

Our floor was laid about as perfectly as it can be done. Not sure what you were seeing. With Entegra's final quality checks it's hard to believe not one, but multiple coaches, left the factory in the condition you describe.

Don't depend on the dealer contacting Entegra. Give me the dealers name, I'm sure Entegra mgt. would like to look into it. It's not a reflection on the dealer, but if it's as bad as you say it needs to be looked at now.

Let's give the dealer a chance. It is a reputable one. Will keep you posted and let you know if additional help is needed.

Um......this seems very......strange to me. With the new laying system and quality control, I am not sure how this happens. Would like to have a lot more information and for you 2017 owners to report as soon as you get your coaches if yours have any of this problem. All JMHO

Our 2017 Anthem floor looks terrific. I can't see any flaws in its install.

We bought the 17 instead of the 16 because:
1. We got a great deal from Brett Davis at NIRVC, less than many dealers 2016s
2. The 16s were about to be one year old in model years
3. The blind spot monitoring system, dual rear cameras and side cameras
4. The new batteries created an additional storage compartment
5. Wood headboard and valances
6. The Vegatouch is very nice plus you can still use iPad/iPhone
7. Upgraded front shocks
8. Additional storage behind fireplace
9. And the BIG one, lighted cup holders
