My 2014 had a terrible headlight pattern. I found out during the dark "Tad-less" days they used to mount the lights on the cap then screw it to the coach. They didn't apparently aim the lights unless they had to. I know this because when I asked tech support in 2014 about headlight aiming the were scratching their heads about aiming. Last year on my factory PDI they had built or setup a headlight aiming station. Maybe that old practice continues.

One end of the 2015 headlights is glued to the fiberglass. After I had one of my lights replaced at the factory, the end became unglued and the left side of the headlights would flap in the breeze. I found it by washing my coach before the first trip after the factory.
