Hello

This is my first post in this forum. We are "newbies" to rv'ing. We bought a Thor Tuscany XTE last March to visit grandkids in San Antonio and Indianapolis and quickly found out we wanted more. Not to start any brand war I did allot of research and narrowed to two brands. With my expert knowledge (6 months) I purchased an Anthem 42DLQ. We love it. My wife who was at best a passive participant is a huge supporter now that we have spent time on the coach. We have loved fit and finish and the different chassis and quiet ride

I have spent allot of time underneath and benefitted from ALL of your posts, which i will come back too. I do have allot of questions and observations, especially after spending 40 years in the consumer electronics business.

Right now my question is does anyone have any input on the 5 different rv parks in Santa Fe, NM ?

Thanks for any help,
Bob and Judy

We've stayed at Los Suenos on Cirrillos Rd several times...not the nicest park we've been in, but the folks are nice, the pul throughs are OK, it is convenient to some really good Santa Fe Mexican places we like...we continue to go to the park. I've heard that the KOA is nice, but honestly, I have to have a good reason to pay KOA prices...and I don't see it in Santa Fe. Try Los Suenos.

You ca also park at the Casino 15-20 miles south or at across from Pojoaque's casino North..think there is a small charge.

A resource for Campgrounds is iRV2's sister site on the Social Knowledge group:
RV Park Reviews - Trusted Reviews of Campgrounds & RV Parks

And you could ask about any specific parks in the regional forums, like:
Southwest Region - iRV2 Forums
Or the Campground Forum
Main Index - iRV2.com Campground Reviews
Best luck

We stayed at Santa Fe skies. Nice place. Good for big rigs. There were 4 other Entegras when we were there. At night you could hear coyotes yapping nearby.

Best place in Santa Fe

Welcome to the forum and I hope we will see more of you. Along with others, we travel by campgroundreviews.com when ever we travel to unfamiliar areas. The comments and rating are from people like us that have stayed there.

Another great one for your smartphone/tablet is RVParky. RV Parky | RV Parks & Campgrounds Directory, Reviews, Photos Free on Android.....99 cent on iphone. It has been around long enough that the rating feature is starting to be useful. It is gives the location and links to websites to see photos of the park. Another big plus, you don't need wi-fi to use it so it make it easy to access while on the road. Great for that end of the day stop and you not sure where a good spot is.

We too have stayed at Los Suenos on Cirrillos Rd. Nearby hotels if you have excess people joining you. Nice campground managers.
