HELP! Our Satellite and TV's ETC are out once again!

Hello All!
Del and I pulled in to the Naples Motor Coach Resort 2 days ago, after having the Coach parked for 9 days. During our trip South, 2 weeks ago, we called DISH as the Satellite wasn't getting a Signal - so Dish Outdoors Reactivated out Signal with a little work on both of our ends and got us to be able to watch the "State of the Union" Address. Unfortunately, after paying our Third, yes Third contractor to help us getting all of our TV's working, setting up the Music portion (iPod, Bluetooth from phone, Computer, etc.) The last person we went to was the Satellite tech at CampWorld. Even though he was very rude and abrupt, he did get everything working - except I found out after that the PC to TV still did not work.
Long story short - every time we get all of our TV's synced, inputs right, working with the Surround Speakers, they work until the Coach is put in storage, it comes out, we're on the road, and they STOP working again, all together!
I was on the phone with DISH (Outdoors) Tech for 2 Hours on Saturday night, and the Signal is not there - he says it is either our Receiver or our Coaxial Cable.
Del and I would LOVE to find someone who will get this right! Knows exactly how to Work with a MotorCoach and his work will not disappear, next time we pull out for a trip. Does anyone, anyone who is at the Naples Motor Coach Resort know of an Audio, Visual, Satellite Specialist who can help us??????

Is your Satellite receiver the standard dome or the upgraded Winegard Traveler?

NMR is our winter base - will try to catch you tomorrow - think we met last year here. Several good techs work here on a regular basis but I haven’t heard any reports from folks using them for A/V issues. I’ll ask around.

Yes, we did meet last year. I have asked around today - but no one really has had anyone here work with Audio Visual/Satellite, Sync. etc. Any names/companies we could call would be great. We have had 4 now, spent around 4K on this so far - and still not up and running. Any help/direction would be great - Thank you!

Hi there!
I have not been able to determine what Satellite is on the Coach. We bought
it used - I will go through the entire box of Manuals/Papers tomorrow to see for sure. Thank you for your response BroBox

Do you just have a switch above the passenger chair to turn the satellite on with, or a control box in the entertainment center that raises a dish on the roof?

I would start by making sure the power is on in the basement units that control the switching of your TV and SAT signals. If it's not working after you remove from storage maybe they just have to be turned back on.

Thanks so Much! Except for the 'box of many buttons (anthems?) - Most of the pdf applies to our 2015 Cornerstone, too. I have saved the pdf!

We have a switch over the Entry that turns the Satellite on and off. THen under the Television, there is a Switch Box for multiple TVs for Sat, TV, Cable, AUX.

Then you have the standard dome. Kevin gave you good information. The power he is referring to is located on the passenger side, first compartment in front of the rear wheels. It is mounted on the ceiling and has a power cord going to the wall. Make sure all of the HDMI cables are plugged in firmly. Follow the instruction for the Box of Many Button to get your switching correct.

Kevin, excellent PDF. I can see where it might be intimidating for someone that has to pay someone each year to get the TV's working. However the last section could be very beneficial, write down the steps the Tech preforms so he won't have to be paid again for the same service next year.

I had to do that with my fist MH with a Box of Many Buttons....I couldn't remember from one season to the next what the settings were. Made a check sheet, end of problem.

I haven't had much success with the WIFI here, so I have not been very successful in getting back to everyone.

one more question though, We do not have any Surround coming out of the Front Speakers . . . . does anyone know of how to get that working?

That might be a little bit of a problem unless you can find someone with a 2012. I know in 14 they came out with the sound bars instead of Surround Sound.

My Travel Supreme had Surround Sound with the front ceiling speakers, but it also had an Audio Visual Amplifier and the switching was on the amplifier. Hope you get everything working and can make as set of instructions for next year.
