Cleaned the screen at the pump still no water. Need Help anybody have an idea what would be causing this.
Call CS. They will talk you through it. Happened to us; CS knows about this issue and how to fix. It did not involve any removal or disassembly.

X2 on Don's suggestion. The disc on mine was jammed preventing any water flow. Very easy to recognize and fix. Unfortunately I did so after replacing my water pump. Now I have a spare.

Bill,

Any solution to your water pump problem yet? I would be nice to hear what the final fix for this was.

Had a similar problem when our rig was new. Turned out to be a kinked line from tank to pump. Shortened line, kink removed all OK since

Pump works, but

When we disconnected from the shore water today and retracted the hose. While it was winding back on the hose reel, I turned on the water pump. When the hose was fully stored I noticed some water coming from the hose, but didn't think too much of it. We stopped about an hour into the trip and I noticed water coming from water compartment and when I looked there was a steady trickle coming from the hose. The water pump was still working supplying water to the coach, but it was also pumping water out the hose. CS suggested that there is reverse pressure in the system.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Any suggestions on how to fix the problem?

Thanks and regards,
OWV
