Home for our Anthem
Bought a lot at Bella Terra this fall to keep our Anthem at when we aren't traveling. Really enjoying having our own space and lot. We have it fixed up with a 12x12 "Carriage House"; outdoor kitchen; screened gazebo; fire pit and wonderful "Sunset" swing!

Very nice Lynn. We have heard so much about Bella Terra, we are going to have to make a trip there. We are having the master bath remodeled and might be making a trip soon. We are driveway camping right now, but the city only allows ten days. Does Bella Terra have vacancies this time of year?

They are pretty full, but it's worth a call to see. We hosted a get together for all the Entegra owners here on Monday night. Very fun!

Congrats Bella Terra is very nice !
Chuck, If no room at Bella Terra try Lake Osprey, Elberta, Al. not too far away.
Spent a week there in Oct and it's a brand new resort a bit out of the way but beautiful.

That was the first place we camped when we first got our Aspire. We spent a week there and had a ball. We swam every day with the kids, and ate some great food each night.
Congrats.

Yep, they are doing well and are really good friends. Mike and Dan are going to race their remote control boats tomorrow!

Now I do wish I was there, I could buzz them with my remote controlled plane. Tell them Chuck & Karen said "hi"

I hosted a American Coach rally there last year, folks were great and a great area for a rally for 25 coaches. We have been there many times and will go again.

We went to the Mobile area last March to attend a Church of His Presence service in nearby Daphne and also tour the USS Alabama and stayed 3 days at Bella Terra with no problem. There were a few open spaces so I think if you aren't looking for a long stay you'll be fine. There's a Lambert's Café (Home of the Throwed Roll) nearby too.

Thanks Mark, the contractors are in the tear out stage now. I am waiting to see what the schedule will be so we will know how long we need to be gone for.

There's also Gulf State Park in Gulf Shores. About 10 miles from Bella Terra. Not a "resort" by any stretch but a very nice campground with full hookup and miles of paved walking and biking trails.
Around 500 sites. Usually no problem for short stays. Long term usually requires a reservation.
