May want to take Glenn's posts with a grain of salt IMHO.

Why do you say that? I have to disagree with you.

X2, Those that haven't been there don't have a clue what it like to have major faults, shop after shop appointments and canceled trips....My experience being Spartan and other vendors.

While there was / is a bit of drama in Glenn's posts...Entegra did resolve his issue according to his August video. I do wish he would post on the final solution for the benefit of others.
For me, it did cause me to investigate and test drive our Anthem before accepting delivery. Thankfully we did not experience any handling issues. Hopefully it stays that way.

I live in mine full time. Been in it for almost three years. The coach is terrific in my opinion, however, as with all rigs there are problems. I have had a few issues in workmanship, mostly electrical, including a fire. Customer service was and still is second to none. Entegra is a well put together unit. The equipment inside, well that's a different subject. Entegra strives to get the best possible things to equip the rigs but that leaves them at the mercy of the manufacturer. I'm on my 4th blower fan failure on the A/C units in less then three years, if gone through 4 micro waves, now on number 5. Countless shade motors of various colors. Through it all customer service was there to help. Even after the warranty period. I think that with the high demand for RVs, entegra still takes the time to make it hem right. Their new production line is amazing to watch. With that demand, come pressure to get them out the door, so things do get pushed and overlooked, but they will make it right. They take customer service very seriously. That is what separates them from the rest. Good luck and I hope you enjoy your new rig.

We are on our 2nd Entegra and absolutely love our coach. Given the quality of the coach and the customer service at Entegra, we wouldn't even consider another brand.
