How happy are you with your rig?
If I were to make my buying decision based only on what I read here, I wouldn't buy Entegra. I fully understand that people post problems here in an attempt to get feedback from the community. So there are a lot of threads about problems. Some more recent include steering issues so severe that at least one individual wanted to invoke the lemon law. Problems with the macerator and stinky slinky that really sound gross (I thought having a sewer hose separated from where you have your fresh water hookups was a great idea), problems with slideouts, step slide, aqua hot, and the list goes on and on.
So before I plunk down my life savings, I'd like to hear if people are happy with their Entegra purchase. Would you do it again knowing what you know now?

I've had mine for 18 months and if I was going to buy another MH it would be an Entegra. Not saying I haven't had any problems but this company has been a joy to work with.

I have had the new coach 8 months, slept in it over 140 nights and put almost 8,000 miles on it. We love it and we love the customer service, which has been outstanding. This summer while at Big Sky Wyoming, (Entegra Rally) Tadd Jenkins volunteered to loan us a new coach for the rest of the summer if his techs could not repair a problem that for safety reasons would make the coach undriveable. They fixed it that day and we traveled all summer. So far we have had 18 repairs/adjustments done with only 3 being Entegra related. The rest were all vendor components that could be on any brand coach. None of these things kept us from our planned itinerary.
Would I consider anything else, absolutely NOT. Are we happy?

I have no idea of what you are reading 99% of the people on this forum love their Entegra. You obviously haven't read too many threads. Yes, some have issues, just like all the manufacturers- including the $2 million dollar manufacturers. But, unlike the majority of manufacturers, Entegra cares and gets you back on the road.

Look how many of us have bought second or third MH's (Or in at least one case 4). I have had issues as most of have. My friends who have SOB's have issues as well.
Entegra takes care of us as if we are family. I would buy another Entegra if I ever needed a new one. I loved working with Bob Tiffin and his team but there is no comparison to Joyce and her team.
Newmar makes a great coach and has the advantage of being willing to make custom changes but if you find a floorplan that works for you the Entegra will be coach for coach - tens of thousands less. And in many cases Entegra uses higher quality materials (Real Leather for example)

I sure you intend to have other inputs to your decision; I wouldn't buy anything based solely on what I've read on the net.
We've been camping/RVing for 40-plus years and our Anthem is our 8th RV. Trust this comment from the net - you will not find an RV that is problem free (other than a possible rare statistical sample that's way outside the normal distribution curve). It's unfortunate, but the manufacturing systems for these things and their multitude of sourced components is nothing like that of most consumer products (automobiles, etc) where the huge production numbers allow the systems/tools/people to get very refined at producing relatively trouble free products.
Your best bet when buying an RV is to find a manufacturer that really cares about trying to make a more problem free coach, and really cares about helping their customer after the sale. We've had our Anthem for 18-months and have been in it for all but ~2-months of that time, traveling 17,000-miles. We've had some problems, some of them fairly significant, but if I were to consider buying another coach today, it would be an Entegra. We expect our Anthem to be our primary home for a long time.

Think about building a half a million dollar 450 square ft house, put it on wheels, with about everything short of an elevator in it, knowing a lot of the stuff from vendors is Chinese, how much response are you going to get from your builder when something goes wrong and it will. I can't imagine anyone doing better than Entegra. They all use the same vendors also. This is coming from a newbie who bought their first and only coach in July, a new Cornerstone. Mike

We're on our 2nd last Entegra. Came from Newmar. (Mod Edit) We'll buy our third last Entegra. Your original premise is, I think, off base. While many posts are related to problems, virtually all of the Entegra owners on the forum are extremely pro Entegra; even the ones who had huge problems initially. So, to answer your questions...Am I happy? Extremely. Would I do it again? In a heart beat and I will be doing so soon.

We are driving our 4th last Entegra and have loved all of them. Our 2016 has over 14,000 miles and about 240 nights with no trips canceled or losing any nights because it was in the shop. Problems, yep some but NIRVC and Entegra factory service have cured those problems during day visits and provided hookups for the nights. Both of these groups go overboard to make sure your Entegra is the dream machine you were promised. In Las Vegas right now for Octoberfest and just a couple of issues that the techs will fix while we are here. No new motorhomes are completely issue free but Entegra steps up and fixes them, no hassle, no arguing, just well we need to get you back on the road. Great companies, great coaches and the most bang for the buck in the industry. All JMHO

We love our rig...wouls and will buy another, have had many others and never had the priviledge of a network like this to go to when things fail and they do in all brands.
Please don't mistake the deep resource pool where people go for help and advice as a bad thing embrace it as a rare and awesome safety net that everyone eventually needs and other brands wish they had!

Simply put--frigging yes--I would purchase another ENTEGRA (if I can just get past those newer front and end caps). I have a classic Anthem and love it, but most of all there isn't a class a coach builder in the industry that can match or beat ENTEGRA's customer service--bar none!!

Have had our coach for 2.5 years and have 20,000 miles on it. If we were looking to replace this motorhome it would be another Entegra, period!!!

We are on Entegra number 2. Good service on the first ever coach for us and a repeat of great service on the second coach. Can't imagine getting any other brand. If we were to buy a 3rd coach it would be a Entegra. Owners are happy and enthused. All coaches have some issues along the way and it is how they are addressed is what matters to us. Many people just simply move from one model to a higher level model as we did.

We are very happy with the coach which we have had for a little over a year. I must say we have had our share of problems as is to be expected with any new coach. I have on a few occasions been overheard calling it a few not so kind things which it just simply ignores. With the outstanding help of EC customer service and UPS delivery I have been able to replace and fix every issue resulting in ZERO time on a dealers lot awaiting repairs. Not once in a shop since delivery. Usable up time 100%. I never ever thought I'd be able to say that about a new coach. Never said it before. Yea, it's a keeper.
