I don't suspect anyone knows the answer, but ...

When we purchased our Aspire at Lazy Days, part of the "deal" was that they supply and install the Winegard ConnecT 2.0.

It's been working up until yesterday. It will not even come on.

I went on the roof and found no power at the plug. I then came back into the half bath, where the power switch is located, and jumped over the switch. Still no joy.

So it appears there is no power to the switch itself. I see where LD's spliced into the wires running behind the panel in the half bath, but where they come from or go to is anyone's guess. I even killed power to see if a good old reboot would fix it.

I couldn't find any blown fuses, but I don't have a clue which fuse might be the bad actor. All lights on the panel are green too.

Suggestions ?

Maybe the power LD spliced into is “switched” in some way
Recheck all fuses and all switches?
Or maybe spliced into a line that has its own fuse beyond the fuse panel, look for something else that doesn’t work, if you find it, that will be a clue

Yes, I believe the line they spliced into, has to have a fuse somewhere. I just don't know where. Everything else seems to be working okay.
Thanks for the reply.

Have you checked the fuses in the door under the drivers seat? Maybe they spliced into something coming up from there.

Just another place to look.

Yes, checked those and they were fine.

We have Tampa in our travel plans this month, so I may have to stop at Lazy Days and let them fix it. (Not my favorite place to go for work on the coach).

Because Lazy Days installed the system, I think your fastest answer would come by calling them. Especially if they let you talk with the tech who did the installation He likely does all his installations the same way and could best help you trace the power....

I did call them......all they would do is look at their manual and say it's probably a fuse (unless I were talking to the installer, I guess that's all he really could say).
I suggested that installer at LD might have a "regular" location where he taps in, but that was ignored.

Thanks for the reply.

Long shot

This is a long shot but did you check the splice to confirm that the continuity is good? Double check that the crimp connector isn't the issue.

If they used the factory power source look on the right side of the last through basement compartment. The factory plugs the power converter into a 110vac plug in the ceiling which comes unplugged once in a while.

Thank you to all for the suggestions.
I did try them all to no avail.

I gave up and made an appointment with the folks that installed it at Lazy Days. We were going to be in Tampa anyway, so we thought we would spend some time at the Crown Club
