I have a non-functional (wall) touch pad

The lower, passenger side touch pad behind the passenger seat on my 2014 is dead. No lights on it, and the buttons do nothing. All fuses are OK. My dealer ordered a replacement pad. I have a call in to CS. In the meantime, does anyone know of any steps that I could take to try to get it working?

Luckily, this touchpad is for blinds and the front slideouts. Temporarily, I can control all the blinds together from the bedroom touchpads, and I can control the slideouts with the remote (that I had never used before).

Try cutting house power for re-set?

Had that happen this past winter due to a static discharge to one of the keypad buttons when I went to turn a light off. The discharge killed the entire pad. They are very sensitive to things like static discharge.
Only thing to do is replace it. Simple. But getting the cable and connector out of the hole in the wall you have to be VERY careful, as the cable may be stapled and glued. Don't ask how I know!

Your dealer can reset it.. Ours was in- op also! Our bathroom touch pad does not work and was ordered a month ago. Found out today that it was not.. Life sucks sometime...

Thanks friends. Apparently the dealer unsuccessfully tried to reset it. Maybe it was static and it is truly dead. Hope this is a one-off problem and not a sign of things to come.

Remove the pad and plug it into the net port on the fuse panel in the bathroom. If it works there it is good the pad has a number on the back that CS needs to get the correct one ordered but I assume your dealer did that.

Thanks! That's exactly what the dealer tried before ordering a new one.

The exact pad in my 2014 Anthem was dead. Removed from wall and found mositure from leaking roof. Sealed roof where cap-to-side trim cover was not fully sealed, replaced pad, and all is working now. Almost have to check for mositure during rain as it dries out fairly quickly. Once hit with mositure, it's done.

So I was at the coach this afternoon...
1) Turning off the power, waiting a few minutes then back on did not reset the touch pad
2) Removing it and connecting it to the port on the Firefly panel in the bathroom showed a dead touch pad
3) It poured bucket loads of water last night, and there is no evidence of a leak there

I phoned CS and they are shipping me a new touch pad pronto.

Fingers crossed, this is the end of the story.

Our kitchen pad went bad, and the dealer replaced it after testing. Assuming Anthem and Aspire multiplex is the same.
