I was still shaking my head as I left DMV yesterday with a Lexas (Cornerstone) titled as a Toyota, (Jayco) when the 14 Anthem was titled as an Entegra. Then I though "maybe" the Thor takeover had something to do with it? or maybe it is just FL.

We imported our coach last year and would reccomend that you get a ruling by RIV with a case number then hire a broker to do the paperwork for you with US Customs and Canadian Border Services and follow their 72 hour rule before you get your US Border clearance documents at the crossing.

By the time I had finished my due diligence, buying, and servicing and getting the Recall clearance letters I thought the $300.00 was worth the expense as my brain was fried by then and since we are only allowed to have up to 21 days temporary insurance in Manitoba did not want to chance having to turn around and redo a step I missed because there was still the RIV inspection to do, provincial safety to get insurance .

good luck

Worth the paperwork 😊
You will have to find someone who will write the letter of compliance. I don't think private sellers can issue that documentation.
