Involved in accident - need repair advice

We were heading to Yellowstone on Friday and in heaving traffic, I was going about 40mph and the 2 lanes to my right were going about 10. A girl in her boyfriend's F150 decided to pull out into my lane. I saw her out of the corner of my eye and corrected, but it was not enough and she slammed into my right side (I can't remember when I've seen someone pull out so aggressively into a lane of traffic).
After hitting me she bounced off like a super-ball and swerved into the lane to her right...taking out 2 more cars, so she had damage on both sides of her truck. All 4 of pulled off to the shoulder and inspected the damage (nobody was injured)...my door and molding are scraped, the clear handle (with the lock) completely gone and gouged at the bottom, my right tire missing 6 lug caps and dented center hub cover. The crash sounded much worse than the damage showed...

So, the insurance co. said they don't have a way to estimate for repairs. Any advice on how to get the 1/4"x6" tear repaired and paint work done?
Would Entegra do this? I am scheduled to be there this summer? I can post pics if that would help.

Thanks,

Precision Painting in Bremen IN can repair that damage very well while you are in Indiana (they probably painted your coach). Just make sure you schedule with Paul now. You can stay on site while they repair.

My experience...they do very good body work.

So glad no one was hurt. Amazing how she couldn't see the behemoth in her mirrors. Hope she has good insurance.

The insurance company should have an appraiser who can work with the shop you wish to use. If they do not they can subcontract to someone who does. I would insist that they get an appraiser out who can do a initial workup and assist you with the repair at Precision Paint (or whoever you chose for the work). They can e-mail pictures and estimates to Precision so they have a heads-up on what needs to be done. This should be a no cost deal for you. As a last resort you can contact your company and they can work with the other insurance company that is involved. Get it scheduled soon as Precision will be busy and they may need to order some parts. Don't forget that the paintwork will take a good bit of time due to dry time and different colors and the shop will need to order a template for the paint work so they can duplicate the original patterns. I had a mishap with the right rear side of my coach and it took quite a bit of time to repair (sideswiped a tree stump that was poking out of a hillside). The first mark is the worst.

Sure sorry about the mishap, that is terrible. Everyone has covered the paint issue. The center cap is a Spartan part, and lug cover can be purchased at any truck stop, they just snap on and off. Take one of the remaining covers inside to match it up. The last one I bought was $1.25. If the aluminum wheel is gouged or scratched, turn that into her insurance as well...they are not cheap.
