Have you made any attempt to place monitors in the basement of your coach to determine what sort of temps the areas are hitting during the afternoon high temps?

Living in Fl, heat is a problem all year. On the old basement freezers we use to run a small fan in front of the air intake to keep air moving. So far with the new Dometic freezers and larger basement, I haven't had to that, but it can't hurt.

Been brutal in the west..
In my area it’s 110 degrees daily.. been walking into my coach in the afternoon and inside temp is 120 degrees plus.. yes you read that right:: That being said the basement cooler hasn’t missed a beat.. beers are staying a nice 36 degrees..
I wonder what I can do to keep my coach cooler but I just don’t know.. not going to run the air.. that’s just not economical.. everything does seem fine... anyone else have this issue and if so what are you doing to keep the inside cooler...

Good to know Marc. We’ll be there August 8, looking forward to seeing you and Jill again. Only 68 in Egg Harbor today.

Low 80’s in Denver, even cooler at 8500 feet, just saying. [emoji23]

Sorry to contradict Entegra but we live in AZ and are on our 2nd basement refrigerator/freezer and it still does not work great in very hot AZ weather. When it is the non-AC cooled RV garage, we use a fan to circulate the air, but it isn’t enough to get it to freeze food.
We are in WY and it works better as it is only 65F!

I agree. I’m in Lake Havasu, AZ ( with a high of 119* yesterday) and there is no way without the coach being cooled that the basement refrigerator will run. I will always load it for a trip in the early am and run coach a/c’s Until we’re on the road.
