ISO Anthem 44A
Trying to see if there are any Anthem 44A's out there on Dealers lots. Trying to get a feel for the TV/Fireplace and would love to see some pictures or videos of that floorplan.
Thanks
Jim

There is a Cornerstone 45A at Orlando RV, which is part of RVOne, if that helps.

Thanks, looking for what they are doing on the Anthem in the 44A FP since that seems to be going through a few design changes.

This is the 45/44A plan being produced. The A plan without the desk, entertainment center, and televator is optional. Noel

A call to Ted Cook, National Sales Director may get you a photo of a 44A that is currently coming off the assembly line and any questions answered first hand. Some dealers don't have the answer until the unit arrives. "I didn't know they made that change".

MoHoGo,
Hope you got the info you were seeking. It appears there are very few A floor plans on dealer lots and I know only of a couple 45A's ( RV ONE & LD Seffner ) no 44A's although Lazydays has 1 on order for Tucson the last I knew .
My take is that the dealers are still figuring out IF this plan will sell and it's further complicated by the popularity of the B plan. I can tell you after more then a month living in our A we are mostly very satisfied. We have moved ,while parked , the recliner to the rear end of the couch ( almost creating an L couch look ) and utilize the recliner space for our dog's crate/toy area.
We would have liked a smaller fireplace cabinet/tv ( appears proportionally out of place ) OR the cabinet should have some additional drawers/storage in the kitchen counter end BUT we do not like the desk/straight fireplace. We have some changes in mind just no rush making them.
The kitchen, dining area, bedroom and rear wardrobe bath work very well for us as full timers. I have said this before and will continue saying it: These beasts are all about compromise !
We still believe the Allegro Bus 45OP to be the best floor plan on the market in this price point ( our opinion only ) BUT the overall ENTEGRA beats the Bus in all other aspects ( again our opinion but we previously owned ). As an example we no longer must double the tv volume when the AC's kick on or when it rains and that's just for starters.
Just some of our thoughts !

Thanks for sharing your thoughts and experience with the A plan. We like the desk idea a lot but agree with your opinion about the appearance of the desk/fireplace. We never considered that it could be remodeled...that could be the answer. Anxious to see what you do.

I liked the 44A/45A until I saw it with the slides closed up. It is very tight when closed, hard to access refrigerator, and the dining chairs do not fit on the slideout floor so they sit lopsided. See attached photos. This is a deal-breaker for me.

Thanks, pictures are worth a 1000 words. Since we will be fulltime the ability to pull over for a night without extending slides and still being able to access the coach is an important one.

Noel, curious what changed ? We put our chair backs against the buffet while traveling and agree access is tight but doable. In our " younger " years we tended to do truck stops often etc but now not so much and usually we are able to find stops where we are able to put slides out even if only curb side.
