Red face Jack Pads for 2012 Aspire

Is anyone using jack pads for your coach. The base on the Equalizer jacks look larger than the HWH jacks. Has anyone measured the diameter of these jacks? Thinking about the DECA brand jacks which are 15 inches in diameter and wanted to make sure they are larger enough.

Jack pads

I'm not sure if thickness of the pads make any difference, but the book for my 2013 Anthem says not to use any pads under the jacks. Supposedly, it can harm the system. Since I'm at the factory I'll try to get a clarification on using pads. Noel

I wonder why they would say to not use jack pads. We have used the Outdoor for Life pads for a couple of years and think they're a great product and I can't see any harm that a jack pad could do. I'd be very curious about why they would say to not use pads.

I, too, have read that so I'll be interested what Entegra says. I asked Tadd Jenkins when we were at the factory last month. He had no idea. I had planned to call Joyce but will now wait to hear back from you. Thanks for checking.

Got a reply from Equalizer. They stated should be no reason we could not use 1 inch jack pads.
