Started up the coach, powered up the leveling system, pressed "retract". Nothing happened. Turned coach off, key at first click, leveling system beeps 3 times and all lights on the left flash. Press the on/off button, nothing changes. Turned on generator, nothing changes. Any ideas on how to reset the system, or next steps?

Have you tried raising the jacks with the individual buttons?

Retract time over 90 seconds in auto
retract. This is the only latched error mode.
All revisions prior to “G” controllers treat
this error as regular error mode.

To reset,
push all 4 diamond-shaped jack buttons at
the same time.

According to their troubleshooting guide, push all four diamond shaped buttons simultaneously to reset.
Google “LCI leveling system troubleshooting, and you should get the guide.

Turn the ignition key off. Turn 12v power switch off let sit for a couple of seconds before turning back on.

OK, pushing all 4 diamond buttons reset the system, sort of. Now when I turn the 12v on, the system looks fine. I press the on/off button, and the Man. light flashes, as well as the low voltage button. Started the coach, no changes. All buttons unresponsive but the green LCI light in the middle is also flashing. Thanks for the link, I'll see if that helps.

also, check your MAIN BUS fuse, usually located in/near your batteries - on the wall possibly, and you may have a little yellow 'flag' tripped, push it back it. It serves the Hydraulic side of the leveling system, 12v only serves the Panel Controller.

If the low voltage is flashing, what is the state of the battery charge? Are you still plugged into the shore power you were having problems with? It very well may be low voltage if the batteries are not charged.

Back at it again this AM. Batteries fully charged plus plugged into shore power. I turn on the 12v. Let sit for a few seconds. Press on/off button. Only the "jacks down" light is on and the green light in the middle is blinking. Press "all retract" and nothing happens. After about 15 seconds, all lights start to flash. I did notice that the jack fluid reservoir is about half full. Is that normal when the jacks have been down for a week?

Grab the Equalized instruction card. On my Classic I remove the panel from the dash, 4 screws, then unplug it to do a hard reboot. I don't know about the new models, but it is probably the same. It should say on the Equalizer card. It should be in the bag of books.

Yes the fluid in the reservoir is what pushed the jacks down. It left the reservoir and is now in the jack pistons. Check the level when the jacks are fully retracted.

Go to the 6:16 mark on this video from PJ and you can learn how to manually raise the jacks. I hope this helps you if you can't correct the system. https://youtu.be/lVlRklHR5cI

It seems you are skipping a step. You say you press retract but you should first select auto or manual. or maybe thats only for lowering the jacks not sure but couldn't hurt to try it.
