Kenyon cooktop replacement

Any alternatives to the Kenyon cooktop in my ‘14 Anthem. This will be the 3rd unit installed in the coach. Prefer to change brands as the Kenyon doesn’t seem to last more than a year or two.
Thanks, GrAndy

I have a ‘14 44b and have replaced it once because of board failure. Wound up having to replace entire cooktop due damage (cracked) during attempted removal. Factory put adhesives all around the mounting surface. Won’t happen again if removal is required as I only put a small dab of silicone on each corner. The 110 connections at the wall below/behind cooktop only had twist nuts and showed evidence of extreme overheating. I reconnected with copper crimp sleeves and insulated heat shrink. Should not be a problem going forward. Hope this is beneficial in your effort.

I see you've had bad luck with the Kenyon, but just so you know that they're not hopeless; my Bride has cooked 4-5 days/week for over four-years of full timing on the non-induction Kenyon in our '15. (hope I didn't just jinx it...)
