Thought I'd let everyone know how I got along with my Kenyon Q2 Lite Touch Induction Stove Top.
Contacted Customer Relations at Kenyon and sent them an email explaining what happened. A day later I had a call from Frank Palmeri, their Customer Service Technician who apologized for the incident, saying it shouldn't have happened, and that they were sending me a brand new replacement stove.
Today, we have a brand new stove installed and the old one is on it's way back to Kenyon by their prepaid UPS.
Need to thank Frank Palmeri at Kenyon Customer Service Tech for the authorization, and Heather Wilson, at Kenyon Customer Service/returns Coordinator for making it all happen.
We all have issues of some sort, at some time, with these technical wonders we know as Motorhomes. It's important that happy endings be reported here in the Forum as well.
