Lazy Days to Middle TN
I just read on RVTravel that Lazydays is making plans for an "RV Superstore" in Murfreesboro.
I've heard a lot of bad - and some good - things about Lazydays; however, hopefully, they'll carry Entegra at this location, since there currently isn't a dealer in the entire Nashville area.
If it does happen, I'm hoping that having them 8 miles from our house will be better than no area dealer at all... Thanks,
BG

We went to Pigeon Forge October 1st we seen that Lazy Days had taken over Tennessee RV. It looked like the inventory had become bigger, so we walked around the lot and they had quite a few motorhomes.

Yes, they took over Tennessee RV and now it's absolutely horrible.... I would never take anything to them to be fixed, even under warranty. They will never return the calls, never provide you with a date of when you will get your coach back for repairs, and try to charge you for items that you DON"T need.
I will always pass up Lazydays. I would rather drive 4 hours as to use them, however, the best dealership in East TN is Buddy Gregg in Knoxville. They will take care of you and shoot you straight every time. Not under warranty, they are not the cheapest by no means, however, their service is outstanding and they are authorized for Entegra.
Lazydays will bend over backwards for the sale, however, after the sale you DON'T EXIST.

For those of you in FL who used Alliance in Wildwood as an alternative to Lazy Days...LD has now purchased that location and turned it into a satellite facility. Guess we'll be driving to GA or IN if there's anything major on our coach.

JME, but after paying my money once to Lazy Days, it will NEVER happen again. I will drive to NIRVC in GA before I would ever stop at LD 125 miles from my home. Service is terrible, it's one lie after another and what work they did all had to be redone by myself or Entegra.
Linda, sorry to hear that bad news. One dealer you don't want see expanding..... it would be LD.

My experience has also been to be quickly forgotten after the sale. Also broken promises regarding the crown club and no grandfather in for changes for those who bought and were caught in the middle of the change. Tried to get some warranty work done at the Tucson location and left after first day very frustrated.
I spent my working career in sales support and Lazydays just doesn’t seem to get it that people sometimes buy more than once so service is key. I will not buy at Lazydays again.
