I can't believe that is fix that ENTEGRA would put on any of their coaches. Have you shown that to Joyce or Don?

This WAS Dons fix! (per Don) He went to pick this SH&T up himself on our first warranty visit in June of 2011.

If we're talking the refrigerator latch, somewhere this story is getting confusing. Bottom line...I am having trouble believing....

Not suggesting that sir. Just a really surprising solution at the Cornerstone level. Was this an Entegra solution or a dealer solution?

The Entagra and Spartan factories are the only places it's been for repairs.

Considering the latch that was installed on our Anthem; I'm with the other poster...It's hard to believe they'd do that and call it good. That's the complete opposing end of the spectrum from what I'm used to from Entegra.

Was that a temporary solution or the permanent solution that's on the coach now?
