First let me say that I am truly sorry that you had the experience that you had with trying to get your repairs---VERY FRUSTRATING.
Having said that, I have had just the opposite experience with Mid-South. When I had to be towed to Springdale Ark. they came down and opened up on a Sunday, received parts from the distributor by hot shot at 1:00am and came in to start the repairs at 5:00am, had the district engineer drive in and finally had the engineer that designed the cummins 450 take part in finding a very unusual problem. They were as frustrated as I was. The whole time Joyce was wringing her hands and doing EVERYTHING under the sun to get me back on the road and taking care of us while we were off the road. Charlie from Cummins was the mgr. of Mid-South Springdale's new best friend--they both worked tirelessly together.
I had the same type of service from the dealership in San Antonio when we had another small problem (stayed open till 12:30am) and worked until they located the problem. The service center here in Houston has been wonderful to work with for service items.
We had our share of issues early in the game with our unit, but that is when I knew that I had made a good decision purchasing the Entegra. Not only did Entegra come through every time, but so did Spartan and Cummins and the MidSouth centers that we worked with.
Once again, I am sorry you had the issues with MidSouth, but we were treated just the opposite. Give them another chance.
