Lost post

I just wrote a fairly long post singing praises of Entegra and Joyce's team for my PDI experience but the cyber gods determined it wasn't worthy and dumped it. (By "Cyber gods" I do not mean moderators!)

Long story short, Joyce, her team and the service team did a great job for me this week. If all things were equal in our next coach decision this week would sway it in Entegra's favor!

Something I've learned, by tough experience, it to copy the whole post before hitting, "Post Quick Reply." If it goes away, I can try again with a simple paste.
