My 2012 Aspire is automatic also. I'd check your settings.

I'm sure it's just a setting.

Interesting, but the inverters in the late model Entegras (and other brands I imagine) are now digital, and in at least Entegra's, another module, called a Command 30, drive the "auto gen" functionality. Now you have several digital "setup" menus and each follows a decision tree....thus my comment that it is a little complicated.
I hate to say it, but sometimes modernizing can be more complicated. In this form, you can see all the settings without going through a series of menus. At least, I am not aware of a display such as this in my 2013. In addition, the inverters have a number of other settings.

Magnum video
Thanks YC1. Very helpful video for my Magnums in my 2013 Anthem. I will refer to it often!

Ron, agree that it is a good video...what am I missing...I haven't found the panel at the front of the video or in the middle. As I don't use the auto functions as a routine, haven't really looked for it. Do we have a panel somewhere adjustable with screwdrivers?

I have some PDF's that are easy to attach if interested.
The panel with the screwdriver adjustments is probably hidden in some compartment and could be behind a plastic housing for other things. The inside panel overrides the functions of the manual panel. For the most part that is.
Just a quick note and suggestion for the time "I wish I could save this", comes along.
A program called SnagIt allows you to capture web pages, change them to PDF's and save them. It also lets you save videos now.
It is cheap and one of the most used programs I have ever owned. I use it almost daily.

Magnums
Dave,
I'm positive that part is not applicable for our year and model. However; I find the other parts of the video to be valuable, showing me ALL the functions of the Magnums that I have not memorized and is easier for me to refer to vs. searching and reading my entegra bible briefcase!
Also, for all I know that part could be behind our magnum face covers, but I am not sure and if so, I have no need to adjust those functions at this point. I would reach out to CS if I found down the road that my factory settings are not sufficient.
Ron.
