We have a brand new 2019 Aspire 44W. We went to put main slide in today and the topper does not roll up. Any suggestions on what might me the problem??? Thanks.

I had this same issue and with help from others on this forum, I was able to resolve the issue. Get on a tall ladder and see if the center roller is on top of the awning tube. If it is, you can move the slide in about 6 inches to take the pressure off the fabric. Then force the tube up and over the center roller. I used a pry bar and got mine half way into place and then moved the slide. This snapped it back into place.

I think mine got caught in a gust of wind causing the problem

Entegra went to a different and better, in my opinion, topper in 2016 or 17. Doesn't have the same roll up mechanism. Also doesn't pool water.

My coach had the spring installed wrong from Girard........got new spring and installed on the correct end of the tube.........If it rolls a bit and binds......I would look at that as the issue...
