Before I embark on a scanning project, does anyone know/have all or most of the manuals for Entegra Anthem in pdf format? Sure would beat lugging out the papers all the time.

If you email Joyce at Entegra Customer service she'll be glad to send you some. She sent me the 2013 Aspire manuals. Email Spartan for the chassis manuals.

Spartan manuals should be in your black pack on a disk. If not there look in your upper front bulkhead (where Tom and I found ours). Also make sure you have your black hub tool. Mine was with the disk jacket for the Spartan CD. Entegra says these are to be found in the black pouch, but some dealers have a tendency to pull them out and not put them back...then they dissappear.

That Joyce has some in pdf is new news.

Yes, look in the cabinet Dave pointed you to. There should be a plastic packet with a Florida Lemon Law booklet and a DVD case. The DVD case is the Spartan/Cummins manual CD.

Thanks for the PDF,,,I will follow up with Joyce as well and see how much I can accumulate without scanning.

You should have a DVD with everything on it. I just opened them all on my desk top and emailed them to myself so I could open them with my iPad. Now I have everything all on my iPad.

Terry, when you say everything, do you mean that all the little owners booklets in the big satchel also comes on a DVD? I have a CD with all the Sartan/Cummins manuals but not the other.

No, not the minor things like TV's or microwave etc.

Corey, I had the same idea but got distracted and did not finish searching and down loading the PDFs. Dave and I would really like to see what you have and figure out how to get them. (DSL417 is my DH.) If they are big (10 MG or larger) we may need to do the snail mail option - i.e. by bringing a thumb drive to Summerfest. I know we will be able to spot your coach since it will be one of the most beautiful Anthems in the park.

My problem is a bit different. My previous coach had Cummins/Allison/Michelin stuff just like our Anthem. In the Suitcase that contains approximately 500 manuals or two years of reading, I had the manuals for all three. Now I find them on the CD in the Spartan baggie.

I tried looking at the PC from under the coach but found that was somewha difficult. I also tried turning down the corners of the really useful pages but that was also hard.

I called Entegra and was referred to Spartan. Spartan suggested that I print them myself - - using my ink, paper etc. Let's see for $300,000+ I get to print my own manuals?

So I called the Big 3. Haven't gotten through to all of them but a really pleasant lady at Cummins was very sympathetic and agreed with me. She said that I would have to go to a Cummins dealer - because of "Copyright Issues" they couldn't send me one directly. And the cost would be several hundred $$. Are you kidding me?

I'm sorry but I guess I like real manuals. What I don't understand is whey Spartan goes this route - my ex-beast was on a Freightliner. Was that the difference?

Don't get me wrong - I am ecstatic with my Anthem. This just seems like a silly corner to cut.

That is the way of the world today. So many technical products come without any manuals. I remember when Windows first came out and all the software manuals it came with ...now cars are starting to come with manuals on Ipad. I liked having them on PDF so I could read them at my leisure without carrying around the legal briefcase. Also makes it easier to search through the pdf functionality. I could see how it might be difficult with a pc under the coach,,,especially without a wireless mouse!
