Maxxfan wall switch replacement

The wall switches on both bathroom fans in our 2017 Anthem are failing. I don't know the correct term but refer to the buttons as blister style as the surface material also covers the buttons. Does anyone know where to source replacements and part number. They are 6 button switches with a phone jack type connector

I contacted Airxcel directly on an issue with the Maxxfan lift mechanism and their tech support was very helpful. I was too far out of warranty for them to send the part free, but they gave me exact part number and some options for sourcing. (316) 832-4357

I ended up buying the part from etrailer.com

FYI, etrailer carries some Maxxfan parts. I purchase 2 lift mechanisms from them

Jim the switch panel is Firefly. 574-825-4600 if it is the switch. They are good at troubleshooting over the phone.

The membrane button pads are not very robust. After the membrane started cracking on both our pads (the first one in less than 6 months) Entegra replaced them with more traditional pads with buttons. They’re clunkier looking than the membrane pads but I wish they’d been there from the beginning.

Here's a photo. I don't think this is a Firefly issue.Click image for larger version

I will call Entegra CS Monday to see if I can get replacements. Tried an internet search but did not find exact match. I'll take clunky but functional buttons over what I currently have anyday!

This looks very much like the control pad Entegra put in to replace the membrane pads. We’re at home right now so I can’t take a picture of the actual pad.

Maxxfan Switch

I thought I had an issue with the fan switch as well. I changed the switch pad for the front half bath with the main bath fan and it worked fine. I was not the switch panel or pad but the circuit board in the fan. Maxxfan sent me a new circuit board which is plug and play and all is well now.

Maxxfan tech support is great.

dairy-guy, If the new fan switches are like our replacements the hole in the wall doesn't allow attachment. I left the current wall mount and epoxied the new switch to the existing wall mount. The switch sticks out a little more but it quickly becomes unnoticeable. It's worked great for over a year.
