entegra will reprogram the system, but you will have to send the switch panel(s) to them or physcially take the coach to the factory to have it done.

It is good to hear that this issue can be solved easily. My service center locally installs MCD's and I bet they will be able to make the changes for me. Now, all I need is a coach! Is it January yet?

I picked up a few new shades from the factory last week and they confirmed they just send cut shades to Entegra, who puts them where they need to. So you need to have Entegra make those changes, it would seem.

As for direction of operation, I found mine operated differently from what I'd prefer and what I ordered. It seems like I can simply reverse the rollers by removing a couple screws and as soon as I get back into the U.S. I plan to try to doing this. Don't see why it can't be done.
