Not much in that article about providing quality service, other than building a new facility. Hope they figure out that service after the sale is very important to us buyers.

Don’t count on any service, that is not the model of the dealerships they have acquired to date and the admitidly know NOTHING about the RV business. They retain most of the decision makers from the former dealerships and so little positive for owners shoul be expected. This appears to be all about getting huge numbers out he door. Works in the car business because they cause very little trouble, not do much with RVs. All JMHO

We purchased 2 Entegra from the Box Store. And then we meet Brett @ NIRVC. So the last 3 from Angie @ NIRVC and if all goes as planned Angie will sell us a 2020. 1st choise is an Entegra. But who knows what the cards hold.. Thanks go out to Freightliner & NIRVC for all the FUN everyone is having @ AIMCLUB.ORG Galas..Good luck with your dealer choice but for me and those who do there homework, NIRVC is the smart choice.

Yup, I heard congratulations were in order for the new coach! Number 6 and counting! But still only one place to buy from!
Man, it’s hard to keep up with the Townsend’s!

We are on our second coach from RVOne and Buffalo RV. The PDI was spot on and we have had very, very few issues. Service has been excellent and the price was tens of thousands below NIRVC so I have no complaints about RVOne at all.

Each one of us has different experiences with different dealers. Anyone who just buys from one dealer without getting prices from others either has more money than they know what to do with or doesn’t care if they get ripped off.

For us, we will be sorry to see them sell out. I can understand their desire to cash out while they are young and at the top of the sales curve. Maybe time to slow down and enjoy life a bit more.

They sure were tens of thousands above RVOne. If you would like the details I will be more than happy to share what occurred with you in a PM.

I wouldn't count on it. They only care about the sale, and will do anything to get it. Once the sale is done, they forget your name. They are horrible

Having dealt with two of the three mentioned companies, RV One was beat out by Lazy Days when I shopped for the Classic. That was a cash deal, no trade in. That is pretty bad.
NIRVC was heads above any RV dealer I have ever dealt with in the past. Other brands charge $2,500 for a factory delivery that I don't believe could top the delivery process of NIRVC.
Soon we will have the Auto Nations of RV's, Lazy Days and NIRVC. That just made the choice for me easy

We just purchased our 2nd Entegra, Anthem from RV One. Great service and yes we compared pricing. RV One won hands down!

As I see it RV One is a totally different animal. Any past experiences are out the window, good and bad. The question now is, what do New owners who know nothing about the RV industry decide to operate their business. They have car industry backgrounds and their are few similarities. Interesting but definitely totally unpredictable. As to the arguments that will surly come, I won’t believe any of the “no changes” statements that will be made, ie Thor takeover of Jayco. All JMHO
