We bought a Thor from Lance Dunning, MHSRV, in February 2013. Bought our Anthem from him in June 2013. He’s no longer there. Tried to get info on a 2018 Cornerstone 45Y from them last summer. Went though their website and Entegra’s website. No response from them. Called direct, finally got a salesman to talk to us. He made it evident he wasn’t real concerned about selling us a coach. I had to tell him he had a coach in the pipeline that almost fit our wish list but he had to call the factory to check on changes, he didn’t know if he could do that. Someone else stepped in who said the changes we wanted couldn’t be made on their pre-order. Got initial prices on an order, trade-in value of our coach was insulting, the price of the new coach was very high. Salesman presented it as “that’s the way it is.” I found out on my own they had a 45Y on the lot with the options we wanted but the interior color was different, the salesman wasn’t aware they had that coach on hand. They never followed up on us though it was very clear we wanted to by a new coach. We decided to stay with our Anthem. Then a friend gave me Angie’s phone number. 4 months later we had sold our Anthem and became happy owners of our Cornerstone exactly as we wanted it. PM me if you need Angie’s phone number.

Carl Lewallen. What is fascinating, is I did not know he worked there the first day we walked in to look, he was called to help us. Know Carl 30 plus years and worked with in the same Industry as him for 15+ years prior. No pressure, just the facts. Bought 2 Motor Homes there with his help. No BS. All buyers have different expectations, and I like to know all the options and details, then negotiate, and make a decision. He helped us down the correct path.

Like Gene says - JMHO (thanks for sharing all you knowledge Gene)

PS Happy to know that JP is in charge of their "Entegra" service division set up for Entegra Owners.

Ted Eaton. We bought our Anthem from him and almost bought a Cornerstone. We walked away once and the price came down $10,000. Keep in mind that MHSRV discounts their leftovers each time new NADA guides are published. Unfortunately your trade also declines in value ,but not as much. Having a dealer w/i 4 hours eventually won out.
